Pre-Offer Inspection
Waiving the professional and knowledgeable home inspection service? Gain a competitive edge in negotiations by anticipating potential problems. Does not include a report.
Pre-Listing Inspection
With a Pre-Listing Inspection, sellers may gain a competitive edge in pricing and any subsequent negotiations by knowing the conditions prior to listing.
Pest Inspection
Concerned about termite or carpenter ants in your home? Need a VA or FHA pest inspection? First Look offers a stand-alone pest inspection to suit your needs. Inspection includes Form NPMA-33.
